We made it through another week! Yaaayyy!! This was my first week having to work all five days in almost a month so it felt like it dragged. Today will speed by though thanks to a company birthday lunch and some fun client work and then it will be the weekend!
I don’t have anything too crazy on the docket for the weekend, a couple of studio classes and volunteering a a local half marathon. Sl has class all day Saturday so my typical Sunday shopping and prep will most likely happen on Saturday so I can get it over with!
In typical Friday Fashion, here are my Friday Favorites!
Friday Favorites #68
Google Birthday Doodle
I know this is silly but yesterday’s Google birthday doodle made me smile.
And speaking of birthday things,
Flowers from SL
SL is such a gem. I love getting flowers and he always delivers on special events. These are so perfect for fall and smell wonderful.
Stitch Fix Shoes
I got a killer fix this month but couldn’t bring myself to put together a whole post because I was lazy and because SL hates taking pictures of me.
Anyways…I love everything in my fix and kept 3 pieces (had to keep costs down). I raved about the flannel last week and today I am raving about the shoes. These were the first pair of shoes Stitch Fix I received and they are perfect.
I was nervous about fit because I run anywhere from a women’s 6 to a 7 1/2 but the shoes fit perfectly. They are also perfect for fall!
The Leaves and Fall Hiking
I mean, those colors though. The trees are just showing off at this point right? SL and I went to Pawtuckaway State Park on Sunday for a quick hike and to take in all the colors that fall has to offer. The park was perfect for an easy hike and SL and I will absolutely be back!
Truly Madly Guilty
I’ve been a reading machine lately and loving it. This week I finished Liane Moriarty’s latest book, Truly Madly Guilty. The story is about three couples and one fateful evening that torn them apart and brought them together at the same time.
Was this my favorite Liane Moriarty book? No (the husband’s Secret was) but it was still really good and I read my way through it in just over a week. Speedy for me!
I hope you have all had a great week and have an even better weekend!
What have you been loving this week?
