Hello lovelies! It’s FRIDAY and the end of the first work week of 2017. We survived! I have a shit ton of work to do at work today then I will dive first into the weekend.
This weekend I am going to a detox yoga workshop and have plans with SL to do something active outside on Sunday (weather permitting). Other than that, a super low key weekend for the Lawsons.
In typical Friday fashion, here are my Friday Favorites – a bunch of things I have loved this week.

SToK Cold Brew
Someone left a full-ish container of this SToK Cold Brew at our house after our New Year’s party and I wasn’t upset about it.
On NYD, SL and I each had two glasses of it poured over ice with a little almond milk. On Monday, I made myself a smoothies with 1/2 cup cold brew, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 scoop protein powder. It was DELISH!

PaleOMG’s Almost 5 Ingredient Pizza Spaghetti Pie
This dish has popped up already this week but it’s well worth the second mention. I made PaleOMG’s Almost 5 Ingredient Pizza Spaghetti Pie recipe to a T and can’t wait to play with it the next bunch of times I make it.

I’m certainly not the only one who loves this dish because its been pinned and shared on Facebook thousands of times!
I am super spoiled and got an Apple Watch for Christmas. Yay! Right now, I am primarily using it as an activity tracker in hopes to give me a little motivation to do well at my DietBet.
There is so much I still need to learn about the watch and I will eventually take the time to do so, right now I am just enjoying having it and crushing some standing and breathing goals!
New Podcasts I’m Listening To
I listen to podcasts all the time (while driving, at work, while running, while in the shower – the list goes on) and I am always looking for new ones to listen to. Lately, I have found a few of winners that I’m binge-ing on.
