When the Monday wake up call is at 5:02 am, you know you’re in for a long week. It’s only 9:05 am and I am ready for lunch…and Friday.
One thing I can’t complain about though is this week. SL and had lots of fun, enjoyed the outdoors and hung out with family and friends. It finally feels like summer is here (which it officially will be this week!)
SL and I started watching Evil Genius on Netflix. Talk about a seriously insane situation with so many people involved. We watched 3 out of the 4 episodes and I can’t wait to see how it ended.
Saturday started with my new favorite thing – Iced Collagen Mocha Lattes
Then we headed to the beach. SL played volleyball all day and I read and walked and enjoyed the beautiful weather.
After the beach, we headed to my parents’ house for homemade fried clams. My uncle and cousin were in town and it was great to have some family time.
Look how big my parents’ puppy is getting! He’s growing so fast.
We were up and at em early on Sunday to drive up to New Hampshire for a hike. I’ll do a full post on the hike because I have so many stunning pictures.

Sunday night was lowkey – we got Thai food for dinner and finished watching Evil Genius. I got chills towards the end.
Now its Monday and I have a busy week ahead with a lot of work and appointments and workouts and hopefully some fun.
Because I feel like I have my shit together when I post about workouts and meal plans, here are my workouts and meal plans.
Weekly Workouts (last week)
I started out strong…then my week got hard – personally and professionally and all of my energy went into dealing with that.
Monday: DOUBLE!! 45-minute cycle class & Core, Buns + Guns class
Tuesday: 45-minute Orangetheory (Love this shorter format)

Monday (tonight!): Grilled chicken thighs, Trader Joe’s Cauliflower gnocchi and arugula salad.
Tuesday: Homemade sauce and chickpea pasta
Wednesday: Baked cod, farro + asparagus
Thursday: Grilled steaks + salad
Friday – Sunday: Wing it, grill, whatever. I’ll figure it out then.
