Do you ever run an errand before work (get gas, buy tampons, etc.) then feel like you are on top of the world before your day really starts? That is me today.
And how is your Wednesday going? I’m already looking forward to the weekend (a long weekend!). Today I am sharing a random day of eats. I didn’t work out at all yesterday so I ate a little less than normal.
What I Ate Wednesday
I also had my new favorite mix – cold brew and cold brew mocha.
Lunch: Homemade soup. On Saturday I made soup with bits an pieces in the fridge that had to be used. This soup’s base is homemade turkey bone broth with a can of tomato sauce (Thrive Market brand). Then I added cooked beef sausage (from a local farm), cannellini beans (leftover from Easter), greens and orzo.
With the soup, I had a turkey, salami and arugula wrap. I’ve been loving the Thrive Market coconut wraps lately.
Dinner: Barramundi (Thrive Market), roasted vegetables and jasmine rice.
Last night’s veggie mix was Brussels, carrots, asparagus and mushrooms with a quick spray of avocado oil and a few shakes of Primal Palate New Bae seasoning.
We had a bunch of different veggies to eat before they went bad so I figured I’d mix them all together last night. After 30 minutes in the oven 400°. Easy as can be.
To close out our Tuesday evening, SL and I watched Wild Wild Country and had some popcorn but I didn’t take a picture.
