Hello lovelies! I am completely exhausted today because I was out WAY later than normal last night. SL and I were at the Red Sox game…more on that later.
This is not a completely typical day of eats but its good to share a little bit of everything so here we go.
What I Ate Wednesday
Breakfast: A staple – eggs + avocado toast and Stok cold brew with almond milk (unpictured)
Snack: Gluten free steel cut oats + 3/4 Coleman chicken sausage
I didn’t take a picture because it was ugly AF.
Lunch: Leftover taco meat with salad
Yes, there is taco meat under that pile of lettuce. There are also cherry tomatoes and sliced black olives.
Dinner: We got surprise tickets to the Red Sox game on Tuesday night and I couldn’t have been more excited. I haven’t been to a game in over a year and the weather was perfect for sitting outside at a game.
During the third inning, SL and I went on a search for pizza. The park serves Regina pizza which I LOVE. I was starving by this point and downed my slice before getting a picture. Oops.
The Sox were down heading into the bottom of the 9th and like magic, Christian Vázquez hit a walk-off home run and the park EXPLODED with cheering. It was awesome!
SL and I celebrated by sharing a sausage from The Sausage Guy.
It would be wrong for me to go to Fenway and not get a sausage. Just wrong.
On the drive home I chugged a bottle of water and when I got home I chugged more water. I love ballpark food but I’m sure its full of sodium which is why I was so parched.
