It’s finally Wednesday my friends. We are halfway through the week. I’m looking forward to the long weekend and because of that, I feel like the work week is dragging a bit.
Anyways, this morning started with a sweaty spin class as most of my Wednesdays do and it felt amazing after taking yesterday off. My Tuesday morning yoga class was cancelled so I took it as a sign to take a rest day.
Enough about today, let’s look at my eats from yesterday!
What I Ate Wednesday
Breakfast: Crockpot Sweet Potato Lentils

AM Snack: Smoooooothie bowl
Smoothie ingredients: cashew milk, Perfect Fit Vanilla Protein Powder, Teddie Peanut Butter, Maca powder, frozen riced cauliflower
My acupuncturist suggested I have bigger breakfast and eat my smoothie as a snack. Done and done.
Lunch: All sorts of things from the Whole Foods hot bar. Of course, I didn’t take a picture because I am the worst.
PM Snack: Nada – I just wasn’t hungry.
Dinner: Burger bowl! I couldn’t bring myself to cook last night so SL proposed heading to the restaurant down the street for a quick dinner. Count me in!
And yes, that is a side of fries in the background. Balance. There was also some wine with dinner. Again, balance.
After dinner, we headed home and went to bed almost immediately.
